In my search for old photos, I came across a few… GEMS…. and if I may, I’d like to “re-share” them w/ you.

Yes, this was our cassette tape outline for the performances. No… no don’t worry about writing any type of description on what the tape looks like for these 7 performances, just as long as you know which side to play on it is ALL that matters. Oh by the way, Johnny’s Quest, I still have your tape.

Need I mention that there was no mention of us…. you know… the DJ! I mean, we only played the music you needed to perform to is all, but you Jon… I am truly jealous of. Why is it that out of everyone who put this event together, YOU are the only one who gets to leave a shout-out on the last page? Almost 1/3 of the page no less?! Kathleen, he sounds like a keeper. His writing might need a few spell checks now and then, but hey… it’s you and him. 833. always.

I open a box one day and find all my old video games in there. I’m super excited. As I go through them I find the Sega Genesis version of the game Pit Fighter. I open the box to find it’s complete with the game manual and video game and I’m thinking to myself “OH SHIT! I still got the manual!” In the back of my mind I swear I thought I lost it, but it’s here now so fuck it. As I rummage through the box some more I find Streets Of Rage 1,2,3 and 4, and I’m like “HOLY SHIT! I bought Streets of Rage 3?! That game can sell well over $50 off of ebay! Hell yeh!” Then I start to think again and realize the Streets of Rage Anthology only made it to part 3…. yet I found part 4 here too?!

……I wake up. My smiles turn slowly into frowns…
